I also think that pain could have been treated before she attempted suicide the first time, or at any point thereafter. Every news story tells of her gang rape. She wasn't given treatment, just death.

@OLaverly @SocialNomadRach Now that story about your mom sure is sad and things definitly went wrong there but its anecdotal evidence at best, you cant make assumptions about other cases based on your experience with a single doctor that behaved unethically.

It is absolutely not a misfortune I know these people. They are wonderful and important to me. It's unfortunate that life has been hard for them.

@SocialNomadRach @pneumatic_bear You wont change your mind anyways, theres plenty if cases if you look up some of the worst abusers we know of like Jimmie Saville, Epstein or Ted Bundy, they're all white and did incredibly horrible things to women. How does that change your view on white men in general?

If she had gotten psychological interventions, she would be able to find meaning and joy in life again. Instead, she's killed and her organs re-purposed.
