@Printerpix please be careful when redeeming an offer for BOGOF. We made a mistake and Printerpix sent us two identical books. Ok if it was a wedding but not for our holiday pics as a couple 😢This company cannot even offer us a discount. So disappointed.

@VirginAtlantic so having been advised by you to contact Virgin Holidays I got through using stealth! This, only to be told that the refund needs to come from Virgin Atlantic! They give me a phone number which tells me to email. I have been doing this since August 😢

@VirginAtlantic Thank you. At least you reply. Unfortunately Virgin holidays do not allow phone calls and I have emailed lots of times without any luck. There is no other way to contact them.

@VirginAtlantic Just tried your suggestion. Hopeless. What a pity VA are happy to take your money but although promising to refund a very small amount can’t do it! Very disappointed at customer service.

@VirginAtlantic what do I have to do to get VA holidays to give me a small refund which they promised in August? You can only contact by email and although they have promised to give me the money more than once I cannot get them to respond.

@titantraveluk May I politely suggest that you remove the phrase on your phone message, “Thank you for continuing to hold, one of our travel advisors will be with you shortly.” It is blatantly untrue!

What is a reasonable time to expect @titantraveluk to answer a phone call? Been on the phone for over 50 minutes! Now have to redial in a moment as we can only make calls for up to 60minutes.

@Ocado I am so angry with Ocado. Relying on my order today and it was cancelled at midnight because the card for some reason couldn’t be authorised. Why not wait until early this morning and contact me? No just cancel and I am left with no food.

Oh if only @blackwellbooks would answer the phone! Don’t give me the Covid excuse again. Ordered book last week, told would be dispatched in 72 hours. It wasn’t. Finally told yesterday it would be dispatched today. Presumably it hasn’t been but can I find out! 😡😡😡😡

@MandSBank Today I received an unsolicited card reader. It is to improve security👍However if I provided bank with a mobile number it is not necessary. Now I can’t return offensive piece of plastic. Not even single use. Check before you send out card readers that they are needed.
