Christianity doesnt talk about meditation. Christianity is 4 short gospels stories, hand selected by the plagiarizers and a couple letters. Most Christians do what ever they want monday-saturday, then go to church Sunday and sing. Most churches are literally all about singing. And if you can donate all the better. How is this actually enlightenment vs Buddhist monks who can have full blown dmt releases through deep meditation?
