@merseyrail on the 6:59 train from beb to Chester @ approx spital station I witnessed one of your enforcement officers be verbal aggressive to a customer while trying to produce his online ticket confirmation. Officer made threat if he sees customer again today he will fine him

@merseyrail just been told by your loss prevention people that I wasn’t allowed to be on the bache platform without a ticket . Unfortunately the ticket machine is on the platform? How would I get to machine to buy ticket ?

@merseyrail So my initial question asked for update on Chester trains. As they were delayed. It arrived 32 mins late so unfortunately your response that services are running was slightly vague. Maybe you were unaware services had been delayed. Being Merseyrail that wouldn’t surprise me
