@ToppsTilesTrade We have just purchased the Aquabase & matching tiles, looking at the thread below I must say I am now not confident in the product, if you have to have a 3mm drop then how is it possible to achieve a seamless finish? It it just poor design?

What do you guys think of this?? A wet room finish without the hassle! Our new Aquabase™ tile has a readymade slope pressed into the porcelain tile so no cutting necessary! bit.ly/2zhtu4t

@lawton_lauren @tim_wilmshurst Hi both, thanks to feedback we received upon launch, we did alter the design in 2020 as we were originally using a European version which, as quite rightly stated, wasn't adapted well enough for UK bathrooms so the issues should now be resolved. Many thanks

@ToppsTilesTrade FYI your IT system is officially SHIT it creates duplicate accounts and does not even show previous orders. I can give you the number to IBM maybe they can develop you a decent IT system? @Wickes has an amazing IT system, you should ask them for training.
