@TopsPizza @SportingNest Nor are you sending email confirmation of orders since you've added this 50p charge at some point in November - As I said, we were regular customers until this happened. You've made it impossible to find and see itemised.

@TopsPizza I made an order for £18.99, hit place, but then you've taken £19.49 and changed the receipt to show this. Why have I been charged what I can only assume to be an illegal card charge? I hit place when it showed 18.99, I did not press any button that said 19.49.

@SportingNest @TopsPizza Thank you. I've already had a shitty email from them dismissing these issues. I will be contacting trading standards this week and the local council due to the treatment I've received.

@TopsPizza I'm not this angry over 50p, what I am angry about is that when I tried to challenge it your staff member deemed it appropriate to get close to my face with his head INSIDE my door when I'm half his size to intimidate it out of me. I had to close my door out of fear.

@humaneleagueuk hello. as previously mentioned, we have already emailed and are waiting on a response. they replied a few days ago saying they are very busy and should be able to help us on monday. compassion and better chicken commitment are not separate charities also.

@Vikki182 as mentioned, this is just an assumption and if that’s the case & it’s not labelled clearly then we need to address that so please email us and we can clarify this for you!

@TopsPizza Oh well that's just wonderful, a sneaky little charge right at the point customers are struggling the most. Isn't that lovely of them. I run a business and am struggling but wouldn't dare charge more right now, especially not in such a sly way, which is surely illegal via card.

@TopsPizza I received my garlic bread with cheese and chicken tikka supreme. The garlic bread was burnt and the pizza base was not properly cooked. I normally use papa johns and I thought I’d give tops pizza a taste never again the worst £26.98 I’ve ever spent.

@TopsPizza I sent you an email but I made another order and paid cash and they tried to charge me an extra 50p again on the door. It is NOT on the website and I just got pretty fucking intimidated by your staff getting in my face when I told him I only had the £18.99 my order should cost.

@TopsPizza is this normal for a half and half pizza, half bbq half cheese and tomato. Looks like mold to me.
