Meals on Wheels CEO responds to Stephen Millers assertions on funding freeze: Meals on Wheels, 37% of that funding comes through The Older Americans act.. and that is on the list as a grant funded program, which it is, because the support for Meals on Wheels goes from the federal government to the states down through eventually to Meals on Wheels providers who deliver provide those meals to seniors.
