Are you actually mentally retarded? Like really? He's got a hole in his throat, so what? He was probably a smoker and had throat cancer or his O2 saturation levels were so low from another major health condition he had to get tracted. This is pretty normal, the hospital puts this hole in your throat so its a shorter route for air to get to lungs and bypass all the nose/throat dead space.

Je quitte l’Espagne direction le Sud de la France. Je fais le plein à côté de chez moi en Catalogne , litre de Diesel à 1,48 euros. Pas de péage sur l’A7 espagnole jusqu’à la frontière française. Arrivée en France, péage sur l’A9 , 32 euros pour faire 200 kms . Litre de Diesel à 2,25 euros ! Les automobilistes Français sont véritablement confrontés à un enfer fiscal 😰😨.
