@TorontoOTA @getgreattv Get WAS a really good channel. I gave up on it after too many 75 minute hour shows while the old variety shows, S&C, JudyG, and Merv disappeared. At least it didn't crop & widescreen its broadcast.

Finally had confirmation from @getgreattv: "Thanks for your patience on this matter. GET is no longer available on 49.4. You can now watch us on WNYB-4 26.4.". Sadly, I can't get that here in Toronto. No word yet on what WNYO will do with 49.4.

@mvormittag @getgreattv Yeah, it's a real bummer. Some good shows on Get. Side note: Rockford Files is available as a box set and they scanned the film it was shot on so you can actually get it on Blu-ray.

@TorontoOTA @getgreattv That sucks. My dad used to get 26 from Toronto but he missed other channels that he should have gotten. I don't get it from Brampton but had no interest in it.

@TorontoOTA I get that, just seems exceptionally bad this year. This morning I had ONE channel of about 40! Lol and it was CBC en Francais, which I assume broadcasts from Quebec, but I could not get CBC 5.1

@TorontoOTA am I the only one in recent days that is having big trouble tuning in any of my scanned channels?I've got a mix of about 40 USA&CDN stations.Find it incredibly odd that ones that supposedly broadcast from the CN tower are all out,CBC/CITYTV, the rest are fickle on/off

Okay... so it appears @getgreattv is on WNYB 26.3 in Buffalo. I can't grab that here. No idea if it'll also remain on 49.4,which is still not broadcasting right now.

Just rec'd a DM from Get: "Hi there! Thanks for reaching out. We have received an overwhelming response from viewers in your area and can assure you that we are working on getting this resolved as soon as possible with our technical team. We appreciate your patience on this!"

@appleton_banana @getgreattv I contacted them and they say they're working on it. Surprised they haven't used social media to at least issue an update.

@TorontoOTA @getgreattv I thought it was just me. Haven't had anything for days now but on rescan still picking it up. Lots of mess up since 51.7DEFY TV went bye bye and they put on BORING ION+

4;17 am. Still no sign of @getgreattv on Buffalo 49.4. Broadcast has been audio only for several days.
