Something much needed

95% cost reduction on agent runtime is not incremental. It’s regime change. Everyone is obsessing over “frontier vs frontier.” Wrong game. If Minimax M2.5 is: • ~80% on SWE-Bench Verified • SOTA-level tool calling • Long-horizon stable • ~10B activated params • ~$1 per autonomous hour Then the bottleneck just moved. The constraint is no longer intelligence. It’s orchestration. Once agent cost collapses: You don’t deploy 1 AI assistant. You deploy: • An AI engineer • An AI researcher • An AI ops analyst • An AI content engine • An AI QA layer And you let them run 24/7. Frontier models win benchmarks. Cost-efficient agent models win markets. The next billion-dollar companies won’t brag about model IQ. They’ll brag about: Cost per autonomous workflow completed. This is the beginning of AI-native org charts. Not hype. Infrastructure. Watching closely.

Software is crowded. AI is monopolized. But robotics? We’re in year ONE of a 20-year revolution. Small teams can move fast. Capital requirements dropping. Technology finally works.
