Texas base won’t go to Lubbock. Any negotiations that require a H/H is out. Texas will play OSU, LSU, A&M, OU, Ole Miss, and Tenn. This game would fight with Florida/Arkansas for being 7th most valuable (not competitive), while strengthening Tech’s recruiting (no matter outcome).
