Anybody have service w @totalwireless in the #philly area? I bought a phone @Target online, I didnt pick a Total phone. Unboxed it tried my sim, tried their sim, they don't have service in zip code areas in Philly. They won't unlock the phone must use it for 365 days Poor Service

@totalwireless Very disappointed with @TotalWireless. My $65 plan was changed without my authorization, and after spending over 1 hour on the phone with customer service, my issue is still unresolved. Customers deserve better support and accountability when it comes to billing.

@totalwireless not only did their customer service give me conflicting accounts about what's going on w/ my new phone but they gave me no type of resolution to the problem they admitted it will not be resolved they also told me I'd have to wait another week before I can get info.

@totalwireless How exactly do you teach your call center representatives to say "No" to the customer repeatedly, hang up on them, and refuse to allow them to speak to a supervisor? I would VERY much like to know how to get a job where I can get paid to do that.
