I really got tricked into joining @totalwireless by a shady salesman on 87th Street in far Rockaway. . He promised id get a free phone ( $140 for a motorola) He promised my bill would be reduced to $35 after my first bill (still $55) Etc.

@totalwireless Im also upset with the fact that, The data runs out twice as fast than my other phone n that bill is obviously 50 dollars. The data runs out faster on this phone, the hotspot expires, @totalwireless is powered by @Verizon then why is the service so poorly served?

Holly Fuck @totalwireless has the dumbest customer service and or chat bots known to man. I have spent 2hrs trying to port over a number for a line and phone I paid for online only to have them tell me they see I purchased but can't see how much or what so they can't help 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

@totalwireless worst service I have ever had by far I was a customer for 2 years I paid my bill every month and I had just upgraded and bought a new phone with yous last year, When I went in to attempt to get my transfer pin because I had a full months service left didn’t want to change my number but did not want to pay full price when I just did the week before your store employee talked me into letting her just start a new service and told me I could just put me simcard in and give the other one away. I was a loyal customer so loyal in fact I moved to your parent company @Verizon ported my number and also brought my old device over from Total as my business line, The phone is for some reason locked though and so I had to call up Total unlock services, I spoke to Aura Employee # 525013 and she was able to pull up and see that I have paid me bill for the last 12 /13 months since I bought the phone and understands that I was talked into staying with Total with the assurance it was fine to open the new line and then use my old simcard as well as the fact I moved to your parent company and she is still attempting to make me pay for another month of service to unlock my phone. She refused to allow me to speak to a manager … This is literally the worst customer service ever.

@totalwireless is really playing games with me - I was talking to my sister on Saturday and the phone hung up 4 times, my daughter yesterday 3 times. Now I was talking to my sister again and the phone hung up and will not let me call back - WHAT IS HAPPENING OUR THERE???
