@BlueDevilNation I relate. I drive around the country like a crazy person too. Only suggestion is to make suurreee you’re eating real food and not just road snacks. A decent meal will put some gas back in your tank. I’m in my 40s now and can’t just wing it like I did when I was younger. DDMF 😈

As I have driven or stalled through Washington, D.C. I can say there was great beauty with the blooming Cherry blossoms. A sunny day with kites flying around the monument and activities everywhere is something to behold. Traffic? Whew. It takes eight times the normal route, which should be a short trip to the arena. You get worn out here, at least my old arse does, and it keeps you from playing tourist, which stinks. After killing off that nasty bug in Greenville, being around so many people presents new bugs, and my body feels like I ran a marathon, and a sinus headache doesn't help. It is part of the gig, adjusting. The plan was to drive back tonight, but I am wavering on that. If Duke wins, we go at it for four hours, three minimum post-game, and that makes for a late haul. I have enjoyed being your eyes since Jon Scheyer won the title in Indy in 2010 on X., but nobody realizes how challenging this time of year can be with logistics. Anyhow, hoping to make it back safely whenever I leave, and if Duke wins, it turns into the longest ten days ever going to Indy and back. Somebody send me their ju-ju juice designed to turn the clock back ten years, please. Let's go, Duke!
