@chasesupport I have been trying to get a refund for a canceled flight ($350) since June. Spent >12 calls with Chase Travel and Chase Cards Services, getting transferred btw 2 with no resolution. Finally, got told last week, my case was escalated. Travel called me today (-> 2)
@ChaseSupport (3) I have been calling Chase since June, > 12 times. It's November. I am now told that my money ($350) isn't there. What is going on Chase? I want a resolution.
@ChaseSupport (2) Travel told me to speak to Card Services, refund went through. Card Services, then told me the refunds (points) were "forfeited", and nothing they can do. What the heck? What is my $350? I was never informed of refunds. I never authorized a forfeit.
