Just like music can be used to clarify what type of rock you're talking about, aliens is another word for foreigners. Why else have a comma after aliens?

For example it’s like if he listed banned music like “Rock, Blues, music from the 60s are banned” and saying that he only banned music from the 60s when he’s clearly banning rock, blues, and music from the 60s

it's actually because trump sent ICE into a state with relatively few illegals, solely because he watched downs syndrome shirley's viral video, and then ICE ended up killing citizens when they shouldnt've even been there in the first place.
