This lovely group of yr 7 and 8 dancers watched Pinocchio @JVCompany this afternoon. A unique, athletic and delightful retelling of Collodi's story. They had the best time, thank you for the magic ✨

We felt inspired by our recent visit to @JVCompany to watch the amazing ALiCE. We are using rep and themes from the work to help choreograph a short piece to perform in our summer showcase. The students were buzzing!

A Christmas Carol at the @oldvictheatre truly is theatrical magic. Our yearly visit to watch the production (our 6th year!) was an absolutely joy. Thank you to the cast and creatives for once again beginning the festive season for us! 🎄 ❄️

We are so proud of our 3 dancers working collaboratively on a 4 day project. What a wonderful opportunity to learn about how the arts complement one another.

I spent this evening listening to poetry by students from all over Kent for Canterbury Festival’s school’s poetry competition. What made it even better was @TowersSchool KS3 Poet Laureate WINNING in her age category. I’m bursting with pride. What talent we have! #proudtobetowers

Thank you JV2's @JVCompany for an afternoon of phenomenal physicality, storytelling and all paired with an awesome soundtrack and atmospheric lighting we couldn't be happier. The students @TowersSchool were buzzing on the journey back 🤩

Thank you Velocity Company 1 dancers for making the end of my day so joyful. We worked on lifts, supports and partner work tonight, there were lots of giggles, we had so much fun. I can't wait for next week @PerformingArtsF @TowersSchool

First associate schools meeting of the year @JVCompany for the 2023 - 2025 cohort. We are so proud to be the lead school, sharing good practice, embedding Jasmin's work in schools & exploring strategies to engage young people in dance & the creative industry, we can't wait 🤩

We love the 'shadow duet' and use some of this rep in our year 9 scheme of work. Shining a light on society, it is so refreshing to use dance to spark a debate. Thank you @JVCompany for this gem! ❤️
