Shorter men can change their look much faster with less effort in the gym and the kitchen than taller fellas but if a tall guy puts in the effort he'll obviously stand out, but it still doesn't mean he can fight. I've got plenty of friends that are shorter and they've never let it stand in their way. When I was at Ft Benning GA in Airborne school I roomed with Navy Seal Trainees they were there to get their wings and they were 5'7 to 5'10 or so, none of them were as tall as me, short stocky, not overly muscular but naturally bad asses. They partied every night, got a few hours of sleep and smoked everyone the next morning.

Gym cannot fix that. It just ends up giving them a bulky blob look that often times makes them look even shorter.

These people were not skinny they were lean and athletic with good muscle tone, bone structure, and posture. They don’t really exist anymore due to modern food and weightlifting trends so people now are either very muscular, very skinny, or fat. This is normal and healthy.

I'm 6'4, I was over 6' at 15 years old. There were always shorter dudes that could've tied me up like a pretzel but clueless women construe tall with fighting capability. At 17 I got into a drunk fight with a short wrestler and lost badly, my girlfriend lost interest almost immediately. Ladies should find a short scrappy king and be happy.
