@B4252Jones @JoeKania3 Valid concern but it won’t happen. Opponent has a 4-3 record in mma on a 4 fight lose strike if you include Muy thai and Bare knuckle and he’s losing to guys with losing records. And in the event that the worst thing happens it won’t go on his mma record.

@TraceWrestles @JoeKania3 Interesting point dude! What I worry about is if he comes in and just gets destroyed. Does his credibility begin to go down because of his notoriety? Most people don’t have the spotlight that Gable has where they can lose, lose embarrassingly, and make adjustments.

As someone who would like to see Gable succeed, I am concerned with his management team. I understand WWE. I understand a no-risk attempt at football. I understand MMA. I do not understand boxing with 4-ounce gloves.

Texas deserves it and has the numbers on paper (military assets, resources, economy, etc) and the potential but the civil tension of all the newcomers who have no interest or loyalty to the place they've invaded would make it difficult. CA would have a massive internal conflict as well.

@TraceWrestles He wouldn't be able to wrestle at 65 either he would have to go 74. I seen people on both ends saying he would be a champ and other people saying he wouldn't be varsity. I think after a year of folkstyle he would make Nationals and maybe win 1 match

Why is this even a discussion? He absolutely would not be. He wouldn’t beat Austin O’Conner and he probably would be at 165 not 157 (he cuts too much weight at 155 to compete an hour after weigh ins) and he’s not beating O’toole or Carr at 65
