Well-deserved honor for Senior - Nate Davis in the deepest conference in the State. Finished the year leading our team with 15.7 ppg and 4.5 rpg.

“Crab Mentality” Put a bunch of crabs in a bucket and they will pull each other down so no one escapes. People do this too, there’s just not a bucket involved

Congrats to Grant Boyd on breaking his own school record in Pole Vault in the first outdoor meet of the season! Grant cleared 15'2" even with a crazy wind. @coachEknight continues to do a great job of working with our pole vaulters! Great job guys! Go Chargers!

We had some new additions to our MPH clubs! An athlete earns their way into the club by getting at least that MPH during three separate sprint sessions running the 30yd lead-in to 10yd flys. Congratulations to all! Go Chargers! #chargers #fast #speed

If I were a k-12 high school looking for the easiest way to improve athletics, I’d make middle school PE mandatory and make it include weight training. Athletes: 3-4 days weight room, 1-2 days games Non-Athletes: 3-4 days games, 1-2 days weight room

Congrats to @hhpatriots @hhtrack alum Claire Lange in helping the @MUKnights of Marian to the NAIA indoor track national championship. Claire finished 9th in the 600m and ran legs on the 4th place 4x4 and national championship DMR relays. Way to go Claire

@ZacGoodman_ I started doing this second semester with our 5yd into 10yd flys and it seems to be having that effect with many of our athletes. Previously, we had done acceleration work as it's own separate thing and it wasn't as productive.

I often see athletes run faster when they BMT Bench before they sprint. Stimulating the nervous system, without any fatigue buildup in the legs. If an athlete has stalled on Flys, try it and see what happens. I bet you’ll see something similar!🙌🏻

Weightroom testing days are the ultimate athletic lie detector. Did you do all your reps? "Yeah, Coach." It's separates the "Dids" from the "Didn'ts" like nothing else in our society.

Very proud of the players, coaches, cheerleaders, parents, and PC community. These kids have been playing their best basketball these last two months, left it all on the floor tonight. Gave ourselves a chance with great effort by all. Thank you to all our seniors. Go Chargers!!!
