Great post! #TrackTots answer is, almost EVERYTHING! We often give kids the kit first to see what they will do with it. They’ve got wonderful creative imaginations which allows or sessions to be child led within the structure 👏🏽

This is incredible sad! Agreed we must work together and we must start at a younger age. With the work I do with early years & sport, I’ve seen the small impact of building sports confidence in little girls. It’s really fab to see! 💪🏽
