@LiamJGilligan @ClassClin Agree, growing up living being working class effects, affects, and colours my 'married up' upper middle class probs defined as middle class now life in every aspect! Pet peve is in-laws and others commenting "oh but look how well you are doing now" 😕

@ClassClin Its an interesting one, because despite growing up in a working class environment, my current material conditions/profession are no longer reflective of that, and are firmly 'middle class' - but the way I speak, my values, anxieties -all influenced by that initial upbringing

This has got me thinking. Do we agree??
