The end of Spirit airlines will have devastating downstream economic impacts . Bacon Bitch in Miami Beach is doomed. Wet Willie’s and the Clevelander are in danger. Hundreds of vape shops and Kava bars will not see winter 2027. Exotic car rentals , did anyone think of them? Bloodbath. This is going to be like Detroit in the late 1960’s when all of the plants closed down

@SpermCommander @FarvingCo The greens have oxalates to protect themselves. You can avoid dealing with them by eating the animal that can digest them without issue.

@FarvingCo It wasn’t the greens tho—it was the oxalate. You have greens, plenty every day, just don’t have too much with high oxalate and you’re fine. The benefits of greens FAR outweigh this drawback when you’re not an idiot.

A “healthy” green smoothie sent a woman to PERMANENT DIALYSIS — IN JUST 10 DAYS. Biopsy showed her kidneys had been crystallizing themselves TO DEATH. it’s called acute oxalate nephropathy. raw spinach → 500-1,000mg oxalate per serving → plasma oxalate 3x → crystals deposit in kidney tubules → kidneys fail. a single 100g serving pushes urinary oxalate to levels seen in primary hyperoxaluria — a genetic kidney disease. you don’t have the disease. your smoothie produces the same urinary load. three peer-reviewed cases. AJKD, Cureus, Case Reports in Nephrology. all on dialysis. all from green smoothies. all had risk factors — gastric bypass, CKD, diabetes. their kidneys were functioning when they started. if you take NSAIDs daily, are diabetic, have had a kidney stone, or have had gastric bypass — you’re closer to the edge than you think. your dietitian will tell you to eat more greens — I won’t.

“LMNT electrolyte drink mixes are facing a class-action lawsuit and backlash over undisclosed, higher-than-expected amounts of maltodextrin, a processed carbohydrate. Critics argue the presence of 250mg–550mg of maltodextrin violates claims of being "no dodgy ingredients" and keto/paleo-friendly, sparking concerns for diabetic and health-conscious”

With #POTS, you hear it over and over: Water. Electrolytes. Sodium. That’s your baseline. That’s your lifeline. And I’ve been doing that. Religiously. For the past three years, it’s been Zephyrhills, about seven bottles a day, including electrolytes. Because when you have #POTS, hydration isn’t optional. It’s part of daily management. But here’s the part no one really talks about: Not all water feels the same in your body. I deal with that constant “sloshy” stomach, that off feeling that never fully settles. Some of that is #POTS, some of that is MCAS… but what if some of it isn’t? What if the details matter more than we think? So I’m running a two-week experiment. I’m switching everything over to Fiji. Same volume. Same @drinkLMNT electrolytes. Just… different water. And yeah, it’s not cheap. About $22 a case instead of $8. But when you’re drinking this much, that’s not a small change, it’s a commitment. Still, if it makes even a noticeable difference in how my body feels, especially my stomach, it’s worth it. Because when your whole day is built around managing symptoms, even a small shift matters. I’ll report back. And before anyone wants to get sassy, yes, I know about the whole microplastics conversation with bottled water. Trust me, I’m aware. I just don’t have the kind of setup right now to do this any other way, so I’m working with what I’ve got.

EPISODE#2 Amnesty Did you know that “The Dignity Act” lets illegal aliens help other illegal aliens qualify for amnesty? Did you know that President Reagan’s Attorney General Ed Meese admitted the 1986 amnesty was a failure? Amnesty for illegal immigrants will only attract MORE illegal immigrants. It’s the same promise. It’s the same playbook. We’re gonna get the same results.

Rowdy, a 26-year-old gelding (about 80 in human years) owned by Melinda Miller, enjoys natural hydrotherapy each summer at Lake Pleasant, Arizona. He swims and floats in the lake to relieve his arthritis. The buoyancy of the water provides joint relief without the impact of land exercise. One year his owner added a floatie over his head. Rowdy learned to relax comfortably without his head submerging. Videos of the senior horse floating have made him a local celebrity.

Is this for real?! This reminds me of what they did on the convention floor during 2012 when they scripted a floor vote to harm Ron Paul.

THIS is what people power looks like. 🙌🌱 The Farm Bill just passed the House, and the pesticide immunity provisions are GONE. Companies like Bayer/Monsanto were written into this bill with legal protections shielding them from liability - the same kind of immunity vaccine makers have. Language that would have stripped states of their right to regulate what gets sprayed on your food. Gone. All of it. @RepLuna brought the amendment. And when the Speaker tried to kill it with a shady voice vote, calling "the nays have it" when the room was FULL of ayes, people didn't back down. They forced a real vote. 280 to 142. The amendment passed. This is what happens when we pay attention. When we show up. When we use our voices, even against billion-dollar giants who have spent decades buying influence in Washington. They had the money. We had the numbers. And the numbers won. 💪 Don't ever let anyone tell you that your voice doesn't matter. This moment proves otherwise.

🌸 I have been intensely learning about homeopathy of late, and in meeting @GabrielleTraub I have also been learning how it benefits animals and FARMS! @ChelleWards and I wrote about it. 👇🏻 “Agrohomeopathy is the application of homeopathic principles and remedies to plants, crops, and soil. The same foundational science that has guided homeopathic medicine for over two centuries—stimulating the body’s own natural defenses using highly diluted substances—turns out to apply remarkably well to the plant kingdom. The research, quietly accumulating from laboratories and farms around the world, is finally starting to turn heads. Americans for Homeopathy Choice recently launched a dedicated resource page at HomeopathyChoice.org/ag, (@HomeopthyChoice) compiling a serious body of peer-reviewed studies on homeopathy’s role in sustainable agriculture. What they’ve assembled is striking and exciting. Studies spanning soybeans, strawberries, tomatoes, rice, beans, broccoli, and much more unfailingly point in the same direction: homeopathic treatments can improve crop yields, reduce pest damage, combat fungal disease, and strengthen plant resilience—all without a drop of toxic chemical input. Incredible. This should be headline news. Gabrielle Traub, M.Tech (HOM), CCH, Board Certified Classical Homeopath and External Advisor for AFHC, offered this: “There is exciting emerging research in the field of agrohomeopathy suggesting that homeopathy may offer a non-toxic, cost-effective approach to some of the pressing challenges facing agriculture in the United States. Trailblazers from around the world, from farmers to scientists and innovators, are demonstrating its potential to improve plant yield, support soil microbial health, and strengthen resilience, while reducing reliance on pesticides, fungicides, and herbicides, and even antibiotics in livestock. This is a promising area where further research is clearly warranted.” Read this! bit.ly/toxic-by-design
