In 2020, at the end of his final year at Pitt, Damar Hamlin organized a toy drive for kids in his hometown of McKees Rocks, Pa. This is the young man who went down on the field tonight in Cincinnati. He is a man; not a number on a jersey. Prayers for Damar.

I passed my social work license exam! I’m officially a licensed master of social work (LMSW). Its been a 3.5 year journey. I graduated from a 3yr masters program in May, then took a bad fall & fractured my sacrum so had to postpone exam a few times during recovery#lmsw #lmswexam

@Just_Jesss91 You’re welcome hun! It does a lot to get used to. I hope the masks with the vent help, I’m glad you were able to find some! I’m staying out as much as possible too. I miss my non-essential Target trips!

@Just_Jesss91 Try wearing it around your house a little bit to get used it, that might help. Also if you’re in the store and start to feel like an anxiety attack is starting try grounding yourself thinking about your 5 senses- focus on what you hear, touch, taste, see, smell.

This wearing a mask is not for me. I nearly had an anxiety attack in the store because I felt like I couldn’t breath! Any suggestions to help with this?
