@TradPandion @JoelWebbon So, are you also pointing out to those comments that they are missing the point? Or just the only person defending the woman? I never stated a theory on why the father isn't present. It could be for any reason. Divorce, death, military, ect. Why be defensive?

Only the dog embraces the mother because the dog is the only one she actually raised.
