Man Killed In Burlington Mall Parking Lot Identified As Hamilton "Rapper" Police are searching for two suspects after a fatal targeted shooting at a Burlington shopping mall Monday night. The victim has been identified as 24-year-old "rapper" Omer Niaz Muhammad aka lil ot of Burlington. Halton Regional Police say officers responded to reports of a shooting at the Burlington Centre mall shortly after 10 p.m. paramedics treated the victim at the scene before transporting him to hospital, where he later died. Muhammad was charged with Drugs and Firearm offences in 2020. In 2023 His parents home in Hamilton was sprayed with over 50 bullets in a drive by shooting. Investigators believe two suspects fled the area in a white SUV and remain at large.

Investigators allege the accused engaged in online communications with child victims over several years and distributed and collected illicit material across various online platforms. On August 20, 2025 Justin Garzon, 37 of Cambridge was charged with: -Luring a child 5X -Invitation to sexual touching 2X -Making child sexual abuse material 3X -Possessing child sexual abuse material 4X -Distributing child sexual abuse material 2X -Making explicit material available to a child 4X He was released on bail On November 20, 2025 Garzon was charged again after multiple victims came forward, he was charged with: -Assault -Sexual assault -Assault causing bodily harm (strangulation) -Uttering threats to cause death -Voyeurism -Distributing intimate images without consent He was released on bail On January 7th, 2025 Garzon was charged again after more victims came forward, he was charged with: -Luring a child -Sexual interference -Sexual assault cause bodily harm -Make sexually explicit material available to a child -Agree and/or arrange to commit a sexual offence against a child -Make child sexual abuse and exploitation material -Possess child sexual abuse and exploitation material -Make available child sexual abuse and exploitation material Garzon now faces 40 charges related to this investigation started in 2022, it is unclear if he has been released on bail again as court records have not been updated.

Man Charged After Allegedly Distributing Sexual Material To Children In Withrow Park Toronto police have charged a 45-year-old man following a reported suspicious incident at Withrow Park last month. Police say officers responded to a call on Thursday, December 18, 2025, regarding a suspicious incident in the area of Logan Avenue and Danforth Avenue. According to investigators, a male suspect attended Withrow Park and allegedly distributed material containing sexual and other inappropriate messages to children who were present. The suspect then fled the area, and parents of the children contacted police. Following an investigation, police arrested Andrei Chiose, 45, of Toronto, on Monday, January 5, 2026. He has been charged with -Nine counts of criminal harassment -Nine counts of importing, selling or distributing child sexual abuse and exploitation material -Breach of probation. Chiose is scheduled to appear in court at the Toronto Regional Bail Centre, located at 2201 Finch Avenue West, on January 7, 2026
