Trump on Khark Island: "We can destroy this island at any moment. It is completely unprotected. We have destroyed everything except the pipelines — their restoration would take years." Trump also stated that he asked Netanyahu not to strike Iran's oil and gas fields, and that he will no longer do so.

The US covers 14.9% of NATO's joint budget in 2026, a decrease from previous years of 16%. Meaning Europe covers 85% of the budget. The remaining NATO members easily cover your 15%. By including Ukraine, which has become a military superpower in Europe, the US will hardly be missed.

@HikindDov Why do you keep whining about it, just leave NATO, no need to keep whining about your dictator's crazy decisions. There are many countries that would love if the United States only had allies in the Middle East, especially the Middle Eastern countries and China.

Orban has become a Russian asset. Listen to what he said in his younger days. Advocating that "Ukraine and Georgia should have been admitted to NATO". Orban is a traitor of the worst kind. Not putting the interest of his nation first by allowing Russia into Hungary again - 70 years after the 1956 uprising he mention in the video. An upraise where Russia killed, tortured and wounded 40,000 Hungarians. x.com/FiatalOrban/st…

🇭🇺🇺🇦🇪🇺 Orban is now openly telling the world what anyone paying attention already knew. “If the war ends, the funding stops. Ukraine’s plan is to make sure the war doesn’t stop.” Hungarian officers recently stopped Ukrainian armoured trucks carrying $82 million in cash, gold and euros rolling out of Austria — routinely apparently. Once a week. Every week. While Ukranian body bags pile up. Zelensky isn’t a president, hasn't had an electoral mandate for almost 2 years . He’s a glorified mafia capo running collections for his bosses in London and Brussels. The war is an odious business model and peace kills the revenue stream. And the Eurocrat merchants of war who designed this arrangement... who mortgaged Europe’s future and counted their consultancy fees, kick backs from defence contractors over Ukrainian corpses, are still lecturing Russia and Hungary about democracy.
THE ISLANDER@IslanderWORLD

Now we have Proof of the Mindset inside the apparent NAZI loving brain trust at @telegraph "Let's put the AZOV brigade with their SS emblems readying a ROMAN !" Telegraph Op-Ed's Nazi-Linked Image Draws Fire Over Ukraine Militarization Push Oleksiy Goncharenko, a Ukrainian MP from the pro-European Solidarity party, wrote in The Telegraph that Europe's battlefield innovator Ukraine should become a 'military superpower' with full continental funding. The article's image shows camouflaged soldiers in front of KIEV'S St. Michael's Golden-Domed Monastery holding yellow-and-blue flags with the Wolfsangel-a black, angular emblem used by Ukraine's Azov Brigade and Nazi SS divisions. The symbol's far-right roots, from Azov's neo-Nazi founders to its Waffen-SS history. A Cleansing is needed at TELEGRAPH...and other major media outlets! 🤔 How the fck is this acceptable to print? We in the West are so far on the wrong side of history here that I fear we will blindly walk into the abyss. There is no moral or historical standard for legacy media. Wake up Europe. Wake up America, it's nearly midnight!

In addition, Trump has facilitated Russian attacks on Ukraine. The attacks have been larger and more intense since Trump took office. The impression is that he wants Russia to bomb Ukraine to agree with the US peace agreement. The threat to invade Greenland, a NATO country, and doubts whether the US will get involved if a NATO country is attacked.

Europa velger Kina over USA. Dette ender ikke godt for EU samarbeidet. Hvorfor vil vi oss selv så vondt? Dette er smertelig flaut å følge med på
Jim Ferguson@JimFergusonUK

🚨 BOLTON WARNS EUROPE: THIS COULD BACKFIRE HARD John Bolton has just laid out a consequence European leaders may not have fully thought through. By dismissing Iran as “not our war”, Europe may be triggering something far bigger. Because the response from Donald Trump is predictable: “Then Ukraine isn’t our war either.” That’s the strategic risk. For years, Europe has leaned heavily on American: Military support Financial backing Security guarantees Particularly in Ukraine. But alliances are reciprocal. If Europe chooses to step back when the U.S. faces a major geopolitical confrontation… It opens the door for Washington to do the same. And that changes everything. Bolton’s warning cuts to the core of alliance politics: You don’t get to pick when solidarity applies. Because once that precedent is set… NATO cohesion fractures Support for Ukraine becomes uncertain And the entire Western alliance enters a new phase of transactional relationships Europe may think it’s avoiding escalation. But in reality, it may be inviting a strategic reset — one that leaves it far more exposed than before. The question now is whether European leaders recognise the gamble they’re making… Before the consequences arrive.

Iran struck Ras Laffan with missiles. QatarEnergy confirmed “extensive damage” at the complex. No casualties were reported. Ras Laffan supplies roughly a fifth of global LNG. The shutdown threatened energy security worldwide and sent European gas futures to their highest levels since the 2022 energy crisis. The attack was retaliation for a US-Israeli strike on Iran’s South Pars gasfield – which connects directly to Qatar’s North Field. Qatar condemned the South Pars strike before the missiles hit its own soil. The Gulf response was uniformly alarmed. Qatar called on Iran to stop attacks immediately, saying Tehran was targeting Gulf states “without any reason.” The UAE called it a direct threat to global energy security. Saudi Arabia was dealing with its own damage: the Ras Tanura refinery, processing 550,000 barrels per day, was struck and shut down. Qatar’s energy minister warned that if the war continued, it “will bring down economies of the world.” The Gulf had stayed out of this war. Iran brought it to them anyway. Gandalv @Microinteracti1

The US will cover 14.9% of NATO's joint budget in 2026. This is a decrease from previous years, when the US and Germany used to share the largest burden with just under 16% each. The remaining NATO members easily cover this. By including Ukraine, which has become a military superpower in Europe, the US will hardly be missed. Furthermore, the US will have to leave 40 bases in Europe (see picture) which are heavily subsidized by the individual countries. Thus, the US will lose its first line of defense against its own country. Which could mean that if Russia attacks the US via Europe with armies, missiles, aircraft or other means, they will attack unhindered through Europe. Maybe we will even facilitate the attack. This means that the US's time as a superpower and influence is over. But that's what the "America First" doctrine is all about, right? Good luck.

The third president of Ukraine, Viktor Yushchenko, wrote an open letter to Orbán "Viktor, look at this photo. We stood side by side at a time when the future of our region seemed to be shared, clear, and bright. Back then, we both believed that freedom was not just a word, but the highest gift worth fighting for. I remember you differently. I remember a leader who understood the price of dignity and knew what liberation from imperial oppression meant. Today, I look at your actions and ask myself: where has that Viktor gone? How did it happen that a person who saw the rise of free Hungary is now playing into the hands of forces that want to destroy the freedom of a neighboring country? Ukraine is bleeding today for those same values we once debated at the negotiation table. We are defending not only our land but also the peace of your country, as well as all of Europe. Politics is not just about numbers, profit, or gas. It is primarily about values. When you choose the side of the aggressor, you betray not just Ukraine—you betray the memory of your own people, who know what Soviet tanks on the streets of Budapest feel like. Viktor, stop and remember who you were. History is a harsh judge. It does not forgive those who were silent or helped evil during times of great trials. It is not too late to return to the light, to true European brotherhood, where honor is valued, not dubious political deals. I urge you to look truth in the eye. Be the leader the world once respected, the one who knew that freedom is the only way".

HOST: "Do you not think that Putin is the aggressor? He chose to cross the border, he's committing war crimes. Is there not a moral duty, to support Ukrainians as the victims in this particular conflict?" Viktor Orbán: "No, I don't think so." An ugly toad proceeds to spew russian propaganda bullshit, which essentially comes down to: Ukrainian children deserve to be bombed in their beds because 'NATO bad'. I'm really looking forward to the Hungarian people voting him out next month.
