reason I said “decided” is because I COULD HAVE continued to trade and make back these losses. market simply was not presentable for me, especially after a good green streak. it felt needed to close the charts and accept the red day today! big travels, lots to do. no reason to force any trades :)

Customized the @edgeful IB data by redefining retracement levels to match execution Retrace #1 = 25% of the IB range (shallow pullback) Retrace #2 = 40% of the IB range (deeper continuation level) Ran a 6 month backtest on ES using: IB window 9:30–9:45 Session 9:30–4:00 Breakout by wick Both breakout and breakdown tracked Instead of default settings, this measures how often price: - breaks the IB - retraces into 25% or 40% then continues in that direction The 6 month IB results are absolutely insane... might want to start automating this.
