This chart shows the % of total crypto money sitting in stablecoins (USDT, USDC etc) instead of Bitcoin or alts. The higher this line goes, the more liquidity is drained from risk assets. Once it hits the TOP OUT ZONE, bottom for BTC and altcoins can form as capital starts rotating back in.
