I congratulated him but I had to show him the math. $140K salary = $8,750/month after tax $2,800 rent $650 car payment (Audi A4) $280 insurance $180 gas $1,200 DoorDash $400 eating out $200 gym $120 subscriptions $1,500 bottle service $900 barber (2x a week) $500 going out $200 random expenses He's left with $820. Daycare? $2,000/month. Now he's -$1,180 every month. $140K/year is survival, bro. how about you setup a store

@mccartjonathon @Nemennth @HamptonAc_ I didn’t bother to look the car up. I heard $650 a month and assumed it was higher end/nice. I buy cars in cash typically, so I haven’t had to think of a payment in years. Last time I had a car payment it was $240 a month I think.

@TraderTony14 @Nemennth @HamptonAc_ An Audi A4 is well within means for a $140k salary😂 $650 isn’t great but it’s not a bad They’re literally $42k starting out. So a base model payments is only 5.5% of annual income. About 1/4-1/2 of the recommended financial guidelines of 10-20% of annual income

You're missing my whole point. The new Audi A4 is not needed when you make 140k. Its called living within your means instead of being a "thousand dollar millionaire". I made 13x (last year) the amount of the salary in the example above and I drive a paid of 2018 ford escape and a 2025 Chevy Traverse that I paid for in cash.

So Scottie was even after 2 rounds, he was paired with someone around that similar even score. Rory was at the top so he was paired with someone else near the top. (Usually good players)
