@just_snabbit I bought a 10-day pack. Earlier, weekend bookings were included, but now it only allows weekdays and asks extra for weekends. What a scam you guys are doing.

@just_snabbit There was no condition earlier about weekend charges—I’ve already booked weekends under this pack. Now you’ve suddenly added extra charges, which is misleading and feels like deliberate overcharging.

Update: I am a long time user of @PanasonicIndia ACs and have fairly good trust in the brand. But recent experiences are eroding this trust. I purchased not one -- but two new ACs from Panasonic recently. One from Flipkart, the other from Amazon. One AC was delivered on Saturday (April 18), and the other AC was delivered today (April 20). Shortly after the 1st AC was delivered, I received an automated message from Panasonic's WhatsApp number asking me to schedule my installation for the 1st AC. I chose installation date as today (April 20) between 12 pm and 2 pm). As expected, the agreed-upon time wasn't adhered to, and I ended up wasting the entire day waiting for a call and installation that never happened. Towards the end of the day, I received a call from the local Panasonic installation agency, and what they did eroded even more trust I had left in the brand. On the call the lady casually told me to click "confirm" on the message I will soon receive on my phone. When I checked the message, it read: "Appointment for attending Job No. I19042627099271 is being re-scheduled as per your request to 27-Apr-2026, 4PM to 6PM." Basically, she was manipulating me into accepting a revised installation date that is a week away. I had no such intentions. When questioned why the change of date is being initiated, the person told the installation would happen "on or before" 27 April. What's more concerning is the almost phone scammer like behavior of the agent. She also told me the installation rates for the ACs and it was not matching the rate card sent to me by Panasonic. It will be interesting to see how this story ends. To the head honchos at Panasonic India: I absolutely love your products and recommend them to people all the time. But this is not the service I expect from a brand like you. Please pull your socks up.
