Nectin-4 PET for predicting enfortumab vedotin dose-response in urothelial carcinoma science.org/doi/10.1126/sc… Study shows that Nectin-4–targeted PET imaging can noninvasively measure real-time tumor engagement by enfortumab vedotin in urothelial carcinoma. Using [⁶⁸Ga]AJ647, PET revealed dose-dependent target engagement, with insufficient dosing leading to poor tumor control.
