Tonight I am thinking of the Afghan mothers, sisters who lost their brothers in the English Channel tragedy today. The 6 people reported die looking for safety and protection in Britain 🇬🇧, little they realise this will be the end of their lives. Afghans and Afghanistan 🇦🇫 was abandoned and betrayed by the west, now our people are drowning due to lack of safe passage/humanitarian visas. The U.K. government has blood 🩸 on its hands due their policies & laws of hostility and deference. We need to show hospitality and solidarity towards Afghans and other refugees. 😔
