The good thing during the NFT era was that we denominated our assets in ETH/SOL. Everyone just wanted to stack more ETH. Nowadays it’s all about stacking USD, and that’s why no one wants to hold L1 tokens anymore. I miss the time when our magic internet money still felt like magic internet money. When you didn’t care about spending $100k on a JPEG because in our heads it was just 25 ETH.
