Seriously why am I an two different apps trying to figure out when the bus gets here so i don't have to stand for an hour or more waiting for the bus. AND I'M STILL WAITING!! No benches, no bathrooms, so inaccessible.

The lack of attention being paid to CTA service by decision makers is troubling. We deserve a safe, clean and accessible public transit system. I’ve been a CTA rider for 30+ years and it’s pretty bad today. A quarter of Chicagoans don’t have cars. There are solutions.
