@cricketyorks Forget teas, the important to thing is to start on time and even if only half a season, have promotion and relegation. Will any indoor training be allowed?

Focus turning to PM's announcement on 22nd and teasing apart what it could mean for recreational cricket. Leagues currently ready to go in April. Expect another adapted season but more of it than 2020.

@aidybidd Loans have helped no end this year however I know they have caused friction too. 9 or 9 plus a ringer Or I add 9 plus a known loan player at the appropriate standard. Ringers who play under someone else's name at a lower standard to their capability.

I know the teas thing has gained massive traction here (its a very emotive cricketing subject) but I also like to know thoughts on the loan and fixture parts of the article also.

@cricketyorks Looking from another angle. In a 4 team Saturday club. If a player pays £4 every week for 20 weeks just towards teas that's £80 if 44 players play that weekend that's over £3500. I think that's where they mean they gain £3500 for facilities.

Aden's new article is getting some traction on here. Not least the notion we could ditch cricket teas. For the record, I'm against. I know. Shocker. I have no idea how clubs can save £3-5k on teas a year. Are they offering caviar on teacakes at a pound a go?
