An accessible railway isn't just ramps and step-free routes. It's staff who know how to help, when to help, and how to do it well. When staff understand the barriers disabled passengers face, they can be part of the solution. That's why training is essential.

@LilNic000 Avoiding yet more assessments makes sense. Disabled people already have more than enough life admin to deal with! None of us should be stuck in a cycle of having to repeatedly prove our access needs.

@TransportForAll I don't know why they don't add ESA & UC with LCW/ LCWRA to the eligibility? That would make more sense than doing another assessment, like they are thinking about for the Sept changes. The Blue Badge & Bus Pass change is very welcome, and something I've been saying for years.

Another @tfl bus failure, as driver doesn't even ask the two buggy users to move for wheelchair.Instead shouts at me 'what do you expect me to do? Where do you think I'm from?' Not sure what the latter Q had to do with anything. #Disabled @TransportForAll

3+ weeks, zero action: Edgware Road wayfinding misdirects passengers to closed storage daily. Heineken contractor: Correct mirror images TfL restoration: Wrong duplicates 25 days uncorrected. @RossLydall @TransportforAll @ConversationUK
