@ChoiceHotels I simply refuse to let someone steal from me and know who has done it and does nothing about it. They say pick your battles... I pick this one and the battle has shifted into War!!! THEFT should never be tolerated or allowed to manifest.

@ChoiceHotels Your customer service employees are trained robots that seem to only know how to copy and paste responses to everything, literally. My fight does not end here for the justice I deserve so to the board of directors I shall go.

@ChoiceHotels It is so disheartening to know that you all employ people that are null and void of emotion. I only speak one language. I speak it in a way that makes it so everyone can understand what is being said. Except for your employees.

Mind you, I tried to resolve all of this via customer service before coming to social media. They like to beat around the bush and tell you they are incapable of doing anything. @ChoiceHotels I have recorded conversations displaying the horrible customer service I've described.

Does the customer matter anymore to the company? These behaviors are not becoming of business owners or their children and to treat someone that I'm sure has spent 10's of thousands of dollars with your brand is for a lack of better words simply WRONG!! @ChoiceHotels

Owe me about $175.00+ altogether. I have seen no parts of that figure and whenever I ask for a supervisor or manager I am told "no" or that management is gonna tell me the same thing the regular employee is telling me. @ChoiceHotels

I have for almost a month been trying to recover those points and I'm told by customer service that they have to have permission from the hotel that stole the points to put them back... Huh? @ChoiceHotels How stupid does that sound? #Econolodge

I called into customer service again and was told that the property had marked me a no show!!! @ChoiceHotels Now why would I book a room 10 mins before the deadline to not show up? They stole from me yet again. This time robbed me of 8,000 points. #EconoLodge

Due to me reporting the son and hotel previously. @ChoiceHotels I didn't care but definitely wanted my points back. The security guard said the pts would be returned the following morning. That was another lie. #EconoLodge The next morning after seeing my points were still gone

I booked the room with points really late at night. @ChoiceHotels I booked it while maybe 100ft from the #Econolodge so while it was booked at 11:50p.m. I was there to check- in by 11:52p.m. I get to the widow and slide my I.D. under the glass.

And at that point I just vowed not to ever go back to #Econolodge on Virginia Ave. ever again.. @ChoiceHotels and as much as I wanted to keep my word and stay true to not going back, I had a night that I needed a room & decided to book there with points I'd earned for a free nite

Almost two weeks passed before I received a very nonchalant email from the owner of the property who again is the father of the accused thief @ChoiceHotels #Econolodge It's was such a waste of time to read or to be sent in my opinion because it offered no sympathy or empathy.

The guy on the phone is no help as he says to me that there is nothing he can do while I'm still checked into the hotel. @ChoiceHotels My intention was to leave but instead I just used towels to cover up the wet spot and kept it pushin... #EconoLodge

I proceed to ask him for new bedding and he tells me that I have to wait for housekeeping to come in the morning at 9a.m. #EconoLodge @ChoiceHotels I am of course immediately shocked and makes a call to the "Elite Service Line" which is customer service for #ChoiceHotels

Everything was going smoothly until I had company and we will just say that while having some adult fun that someone had an accident that required me to ask front desk for some new bedding. #EconoLodge @ChoiceHotels The same guy who stole my portable is there.

So I started using @ChoiceHotels back in 2020 when #COVID hit the scene. I've stayed at over a dozen or more of their hotels over the last 5+ years. As you can see I am currently Platinum on the way to Diamond once again. I'm usually very happy while staying at their brand...
