@ChoiceHotels @ComfortInns I am a U.S. Veteran who travels frequently with a service animal. I put in the request that I have a service animal, request top floor, near the stairwell. C.I. in Rockford, Casino District in IL. Refused: "all PETS have to be on the 1st floor!" 😡

@ChoiceHotels I've quit using Choice Hotels because a lot of the hotels, mainly Comfor Inns, don't provide the top floor request with service animals. I have stared using the IHG app and the service has been consistently professional and accommodating.

@ChoiceHotels ada room. Mold in bathroom, 2 sheets w no blanket, no refrigerator as advertised, no ice bucket, no hair dryer, bath filthy BLACK AND TOILET WORSE. No internet. Manager on vacation front desk told us they cannot assist. Called corporate...they won't even call.

@ChoiceHotels no se la direccion, solo se que esta frente a playa villa del mar cruzando la calle . esta cerca del acuario , nosotros fuimos hace años . quiae sugerir el hotel a mis conocidos mandando ubicación en el Google Maps pero no está .
