@ChoiceHotels How do you hire such insensitive people? I lost over 550k points due to 18 mos of inactivity. I just noticed and it happened on April 1 and I asked to have them reinstated. My son passed away and I have not been traveling much at all. Hard to believe!

@EconoLodge @ChoiceHotels @Tripadvisor The manager (Catrina) spoke to me in a dismissive and intimidating manner, saying I could “do whatever I want” and that I “can’t do anything about it,” which made me feel pressured and unsafe in resolving the situation.

@priceline you are absolutely the worst and you do nothing to help customers when we run into horrible hotels booked thru your site. I called and complained about a roach infested room and you did nothing. Also choice hotel did nothing @ChoiceHotels

@ChoiceHotels Main point is the dirty used bed. When we check-in, we expect a clean bed. A hotel and management who is undercutting their cost by providing their guests with dirty and used beds should not be allowed to remain in the hospitality business. Quality Inn, Warren, PA

@ChoiceHotels If you stay on the upper floors, you will need to carry your luggage through stairs because the elevator does not work most of the time. Settle your bill with cash payment before you leave. Otherwise, they will put more charges on your credit card.

@ChoiceHotels Front desk lady knew that pillows and bedsheets are not changed for months. They claim on their website that they provide hot breakfast. You may have cereal and milk. Most of the time the same loaf of bread was there which was covered with mold. 3/5

@ChoiceHotels Bed sheets were re-tucked, and the bed was made to look fresh. On our recent visit I found hairs on the bed under the comforter. Pillows and bed had a bad odor of sweat and foul body odor. I took pillows to the front desk and asked the lady to smell it 2/5

@ChoiceHotels Initially I stayed in Quality Inn, Warren, PA because it allowed pet but after a few stays, I realized that it is not a place where I can spend a night. The most disgusting thing I found is that they do not change the bedsheet, pillow, pillowcase and comforter 1/5

@AgodaUsPage @ChoiceHotels Arrived at 12 AM with my 7-year-old only to find NO RUNNING WATER. 🚫💧 The night staff was incredibly unprofessional and rude, refusing a refund despite the hotel being uninhabitable. Per CA Civil Code § 1941.1, water is a non-negotiable basic amenity. Making a family stay in these conditions at midnight is a health violation. Still no water by 8 AM! @Agoda @ChoiceHotels — I expect a full refund for this nightmare.
