I wonder if you have analysed what happens in COVID patients with a mitochondrial function impairment. Patients explain muscular fatigue and continuous algia, aches, with 'normal' exercise..

Muscle acidosis is real and it decreases performance significantly. However, Lactate is NOTthe reason for muscle acidosis.
