I was drinking every night prior to HRT to numb the pain of dysphoria. I've neglected my health because of dysphoria. I've wanted to kill myself because of dysphoria. I still wanna kms cause HRT has barely done anything for me. If I went on HRT years ago maybe I'd have a chance.

I dont really care if im "destroying my body with hrt", i was already actively destroying it prior to HRT, and by taking HRT, i'm no longer destroying it in the much more damaging ways that i had been.
