Been running MOTS C (3mg 5x/week) for about 4 weeks (ran SS first). Not seeing the life changing results that everyone is spouting. Anyone else been underwhelmed by MOTS or just me?

For something that advanced, get a RGCC or equivalent oncology liquid biopsy to determine what treatments (chemo, immuno, repurposed drugs) her tumor profile responds to. Here’s how I reconstitute Semax/Selank for use as a nasal spray. Most people get a little nervous with this but it’s actually pretty simple. Have 5ml of BAC water ready. Peptide vials are usually small (around 3ml), so you’ll add 3ml of BAC into the vial first. Once that’s done, transfer it over to the nasal spray bottle. From here, add the remaining 2ml of BAC water into the bottle. And that’s it. Total volume: 3ml (in vial) + 2ml (in bottle) = 5ml Concentration (10mg vial): 10mg ÷ 5ml = 2mg/ml (2000mcg/ml) Most nasal pumps spray ~0.1ml per pump, so: - 1 spray = ~200mcg - 2 sprays = ~400mcg - ~50 sprays per vial That lands right in the standard range (Semax is usually ~200–600mcg, so 1–3 sprays covers it). You can also use saline instead of BAC if you find your nose is too sensitive. Keep it in the fridge once mixed.
