Si la propia Cámara Chilena de la Construcción señala que "no es prudente" hacer una estimación de variación en precios de las viviendas:
¿Es prudente traspasar +US$1.000 millones a inmobiliarias -eliminando el IVA- sin asegurar ni un punto de reducción en los precios? Exigimos claridad y transparencia en el debate de la ley súper ricos.

Europe keeps asking how much Ukraine needs help. Stubb asked the question that changes everything.

Finland’s President Alexander Stubb said he has always supported Ukraine’s EU and NATO membership. But his strongest point was bigger than membership: he said no military in Europe — or even the United States — can conduct modern warfare the way Ukraine is doing it now.

His message was simple: Europe should stop seeing Ukraine only as a country that needs protection and start asking what Europe needs to learn from Ukraine.

Ukraine is not waiting outside Europe’s security system. Ukraine is already teaching it how to survive.

Putin threatened my family.
He threatened your family too.
He threatened all of us.
So I came to Ukraine prepared to die fighting for them.
For a world where our children do not have to live under the shadow of a dictator’s nuclear threats.
For their future.
Putin looked at the world, put nuclear war on the table, and believed fear would make us obedient.
He believed we would watch Ukrainians be invaded, executed, tortured, raped, kidnapped, and buried in mass graves and still choose comfort over courage.
He believed wrong.
I came here because I refuse to leave this fight to someone else’s sons and daughters while pretending it has nothing to do with mine.
I came here because the future is being decided in Ukraine.
By the people who understand that when a madman threatens your family, survival is not a debate.
It is a fight.
And I came to fight.

A diferencia de lo que plantea el diputado Diego Schalper, esperamos un debate responsable y transparente. No podemos poner en riesgo la recaudación del Estado ni el financiamiento de los derechos sociales con una discusión apresurada, engañosa y sin la debida profundidad.
En la Comisión de Hacienda hemos sido claros: se requiere un debate riguroso, basado en datos. La llamada “ley de los súper ricos” presenta informes financieros inconsistentes y estimaciones sin sustento.
Esto fue expuesto formalmente en la comisión técnica mediante un documento con 23 observaciones que, hasta hoy, no han sido respondidas por el Ejecutivo.

The fact that @hannah_natanson just won a Pulitzer Prize and still hasn't gotten her phone, laptops, smart watch & other devices back after the FBI raided her Virginia home in January is wild.
They seized them in a classified "leak probe." She wasn't the target and wasn't charged with any crimes. She just happens to have over 1,100 confidential government sources. Give her back her property.

Amazing that this still has to be said. Putin has been waging war against the United States, and the West generally, for nearly 20 years. He has said as much himself and, while Trump‘s White House is on his side, Putin has always framed the US as the enemy and acted against it.

STUBB: From the beginning, I've been strong advocate of Ukraine’s EU and NATO membership.
There’s not one military in Europe, or United States for that matter, that is capable to conduct modern warfare the way Ukraine doing it now.
That’s why they’re helping out in Middle East.
We should start thinking about what we in Europe need from Ukraine. We in Europe have to ask ourselves: how can Ukraine help us?

Un ministro de hacienda con amnesia selectiva:
🔴 El ministro Quiroz dice que actúa así porque vivió la crisis del 82 y no quiere repetirla.
🔴 Dato: esa crisis la causaron los Chicago Boys de Pinochet con desregulación financiera salvaje.
Resultado: PIB cayó 14,3%. Desempleo llegó al 23,7%. Tasa de desempleo superior al 30% con intenso empeoramiento de la pobreza.
🔴 El Estado rescató a los bancos. El pueblo pagó la cuenta. En ese tiempo era ministro el hermano de José Antonio Kast Michael Kast.
🔴 Quiroz estudió eso en la universidad. Hoy gobierna con los herederos de quienes la provocaron.

Ingresamos una solicitud de Comisión Especial Investigadora por los eventuales vínculos del Presidente Kast con redes internacionales ligadas a Viktor Orbán en Hungría, entidades que están siendo investigadas, una de las cuales era presidida por Kast hasta el 2024.
No es un tema privado: cuando se usan La Moneda y símbolos del Estado, pasa a ser de interés nacional.
¿Hubo recursos públicos? ¿Respaldo institucional? ¿Se comprometió la imagen de Chile?
La transparencia no es opcional. Kast tiene que dar la cara.

A productive meeting with Prime Minister of the Czech Republic @AndrejBabis. We discussed in detail the bilateral areas of our relations – there is real potential to deepen our cooperation. We also separately discussed the European track and the next steps on Ukraine’s path to membership in the European Union.
I thank the entire Czech people for their tremendous and heartfelt support for Ukraine – we truly appreciate it.
