Again? Last night was an hour wasted on the phone with a person who tried to swindle another sum of money out of me and then they hung up on me (a degreed accountant)... Then imagine the company hanging up on a person with 100k followers on 2 platforms who is expecting to be treated well... only to find another company that lacks good math skills!

My wife and I got mugged in Paris last week A man with a knife ran up to us next to Eiffel Tower "Give me your fucking phone right now" he said to me I handed over my Siemens cell phone immediately "Yalla, hers too" he shouted I raised my eyebrow "Did I notice a lovely Arabic accent, young man? I warmly said to him, and immediately felt ashamed for being scared This poor man is from abroad and simply still adjusting to the European culture "Take this too, my friend" I said and ripped the pearl necklace off my wife's neck "What the fuck are you doing?!" she started crying "Be quiet. This man is struggling. He needs it more than us" I said He took everything and ran away Sure, theft is never good, but I would rather get robbed in a diverse city, than be safe in a racist white one

@travelocity Liza, this is crazy. I'm on the phone with a Travelocity rep right now and he says that I didn't show up at the National Car counter the morning of my reservation. That is insane. I was there and they told me they didn't have a van. I had to go to Avis and pay 4 X the amount.

@eurofounder I got mugged in Paris last week too. Happened at the rental car counter. Made a reservation through @travelocity for a van at @nationalcares and they didn't have a van. No help, suggestions, or guidance. Had to go to @Avis counter and pay 4X the price of my reservation price.
