BREAKING - Universal Orlando has officially discontinued Express options for all Frequent Fear Passes for this year’s Halloween Horror Nights. All other Frequent Fear Passes will go on sale soon.

Kinda crazy how many people are complaining. It’s simple, buy single night express, wait in line with everyone else, or qualify for accessibility (which I understand policies have changed for different circumstances). I’ve gone multiple nights a season and never need express 🤷♂️

The vast majority of the people in Express Lines are people with single-night Express. Last year, the most popular season pass option with Express was limited to a couple hundred people.
The effect of Express lines on standby will be just as brutal as they've always been. The only thing that would change that is if they got rid of Express altogether.

@big_T_juan 1300 was too cheap and then they brought it back later in the run. It should be like 3k. In my opinion maybe more. If you want it. Put the cash down for it

@TravisCoaster They could’ve just raised the price of FF + Express instead and kept it as an option. Let’s be honest, ppl dropping $1300+ per pass can afford higher prices.

@_Nanashicos Free parking after 12 isnt great tbh. You got the drunk party crowd for citywalk and then the last hour people you really only get a few houses done. Honestly was worthless in my opinion as someone who did it frequently in the past

@TravisCoaster It’s been an interesting year of changes. No free parking after 12 and no express on FFP are big changes for people. Express FFP sold out in minutes when they dropped and the prices for those were outrageous honestly

@saiyan_mermaid6 I think it’s a good year to test it. Especially with early access becoming a thing for hhn like Hollywood. Now it’s 12 hours technically.

What I find interesting is that they make this call on an anniversary yr…. Be nice to our TMs especially with all the hassle they are gonna get lately..

The issue is how long Universal waited to announce this. Single-night Express Passes had already been on sale long enough for some dates to increase in price.
People plan and budget for these trips months in advance. Fear Passes with Express were an excellent value, but forcing frequent guests to buy individual Express Passes drastically changes the cost, especially now that the initial prices for key nights are already gone.
Cancelling a trip because the expected cost suddenly increased by hundreds of dollars is not "entitled." It is basic budgeting.

Agreed. I get being upset by it if you got it before, but don’t just not go because of it. You should be able to handle some lines & still enjoy the event, frankly as a mature adult you should be able to be patient & wait in lines.
