@MariusPsBanner This site is so confusing… According to my feed, Marathon is both crushing Arc Raiders and being killed by it. It is at the same time wildly successful and an utter flop.

According SteamDB and PC digital sales tracker Marathon was refunded at least 500k times confirming what emerged during the server-slam. Marathon manages to excel in at least one thing: being the most refunded game of 2026.

@Destiny2Team Due to us accidentally screwing up the game today, our intentional breaking of the game will be pushed to tomorrow. Incidentally, our intentional game-breaking may lead to unintentional, further breaking of the game.

Due to the unrelated issues impacting Destiny services today, we were unable to move forward with our planned server testing. This testing has been rescheduled to tomorrow, February 6, beginning roughly at 1:30 PM PT. As a reminder, the purpose of this testing is to gather data around a server setting aimed at improving backend world server performance. Players may see more Guitar errors across Destiny 2, especially in longer-running Tower instances. This is an expected test outcome that we're looking to resolve in a future update and is a key part of the data we're collecting.

@Destiny2Team Will this patch grant the bugged catalysts, if players failed to have one drop, or will I need to run it again to get the third catalyst? I ran it like four times trying to get the ‘upper hand’ before learning of this impending patch 😂.

We will be implementing the following changes to the Fire and Ice Exotic Mission in response to community feedback: - Reduced the time required to interact with the pyramid activators in the boss arena to one second. - Changed platforms in the boss arena to be solid on Legendary difficulty and adjusted their positioning to offer more protection on both difficulties. - Fixed an issue where players were blocked from earning the Upper Hand or Hyperblade Catalysts for the Praxic Blade after acquiring one of the two. These changes will be live with Update 9.5.0.3 coming on December 16.

@A_dmg04 Good news is, I am chasing specific loot. Bad news is, it’s a volcano blueprint in Arc Raiders.

Things that make me smile: Players saying they are hunting a specific piece of loot and following up when they get it.

@A_dmg04 I’ve survived the gauntlet of marionberry errors. Now that I am fully immersed, I’ve had a blast talking to spider, then talking to drifter, then flying to the derelict to talk to drifter again, then flying to mars to pull out my ghost and talk to Aunor.

@A_dmg04 Came back for the first time since Arc Raiders released. Hit like 4 error codes. Jumped into the first mission and realized it was just a shiny version of the glycon. Hit another error code, then played PvP - couldn’t hear my gun firing. Vault is good, though.
