I never said anything about not wanting people to come to Cardano. I’m all for more Cardano on chain support I’m just stating the facts. I’m just stating if you approach the big exchanges with a new token launch they will want to list it before there is on chain trading. It’s a deal breaker usually and they won’t list if you don’t abide. Large exchanges have all the power, and rarely negotiate terms. Source: I did this for multiple tokens and talked to all of these exchanges.

@TravisxBailey most tokens launch on chain first what are we talking about? what token are you referring to? why would we not want people to come use cardano? do we want to increase on chain volume or not?

so $night is probably the first token in the history of cryptocurrency that was open for trading on Centralized Exchanges before on chain Can someone explain to me why we forsake anything that might bring outsiders to our ecosystem? if night is such a big deal, why not deposit liquidity and open trading for it first on Cardano? the powers that be just love showing the Cardano on chain users the middle finger again and again im so fucking done man go give them money to help on chain cardano grow obviously thats their priority🤣

@bobasfk Almost every day when it was the busy times. Standard crypto industry practice. CEX first, no withdrawals, then dex 24-48h later. Mainly the big exchanges, small ones don’t care and will just take your money for listing

@IOHK_Charles If you do so, providing liquidity of these tokens ON the dexs is also imperative @IOHK_Charles . The biggest issue is people can't reliably swap large amounts ( >10k ADA ) into these tokens without considerable slippage

Should the community add to the annual budget a monthly purchase of USDA, USDM, and DJED to be managed by an external firm to improve liquidity in the ecosystem? If no, then comment on why or an alternative plan
