What the hell is going on in the US Senate? Hours after Donald Trump wins the most conclusive mandate in 40 years, Mitch McConnell engineers a coup against his agenda by calling early leadership elections in the senate. Two of the three candidates hate Trump and what he ran on. One of them, John Cornyn, is an angry liberal whose politics are indistinguishable from Liz Cheney’s. The election is Wednesday, it’s by secret ballot, and it will determine whether or not the new administration succeeds. Rick Scott of Florida is the only candidate who agrees with Donald Trump. Call your senator and demand a public endorsement of Rick Scott. Don’t let McConnell get away with it again.

Dear VP Harris: I hear you make this statement all the time. Exactly what “faith” are you talking about when you say you don’t have to abandon it to support abortion? Are you talking about the Christian faith that says all babies are made in the image of God (Gen 1:26), that God places them in the womb (Jer 1:5) and that we should not take any life unjustly (Luke 18:20)? Are you talking about that faith or some nebulous, general “faith” that says we’re good enough, and smart enough to make our own decisions? What “faith” are you talking about?

OK - I completed all the details on the online form. I could tick a box that states I have never lived in the US, and that I have never voted in the US. It asked me for a "parent's" address, so I put a random CA address (I figured CA would be most lax?). I got all the way through it, and they emailed me a form I have to sign and send back. The form does also ask for a SSN, but if I'd never lived there, I wouldn't have a SSN right? It does state false information could be prosecuted for perjury, so obviously I am not going to sign and submit the form (I'm obviously not entitled to vote in US elections), but the question remains, if I did, would I get a ballot? Another thing to note, I could tick a box to get the Ballot via email. Surely that doesn't seem legit to me?
