This happens to me multiple times a day: the game just randomly crashes out/closes. Is it an iPhone thing? And more importantly is there a fix?

@NianticHelp I definitely purchased it through google play store. This is the receipt from Google play store. It reads evergreen ticket? It definitely was the hatch day research.
