Excited to announce that I will be continuing my academic and athletic career at Gardner-Webb

Speed or Separation? 🤔Below there are 3 athletes. Their straight line max velo speeds go in order of the sequence of the video. From turn 2 to turn 3 of the pro agility should = 6 steps. The first two, even though faster, have to take two extra steps (8) to get into their Wide Base Crossover. (Don’t set it correctly) The third athlete controlled his speed by pushing, taking 1 step, and holding his start. This allows for his 6 steps and he set up his WBC correctly. Who would’ve gotten more separation from a defender? Who ran faster? I’ll ask again, speed or separation? 😉 @Tony_Villani_
