Anyone knows a good tool to hep with this? Should be synched to the repos and needs an infinite canvas, maybe some notes added to the diagrams to explain the logic? Asked Claude already of course but starting to get suspicious of AI recommendations

I think its time take a step back and assess why so many bugs keep showing up in place I thought I already cleared. Would be great to visually see how the code flow is built, what gets triggered, how, what data is being pulled out, what data tables filled, what FE needs to work

Trying to vibecode a podcast app. Started with OpenAi and notepad, then claude code and VS Studio. Upgraded to Openclaw with Anthropic pro max subscription and currently running a team of Claude AI agents using Slack as the communication channel to orchestrate.
